Winford Junior Collier, 55, of Charlottesville, VA, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. He was born on November 7, 1968, to the late Winfred and Barbara Collier Harris. He is survived by his children, Belinda Collier, Savannah Collier, Michael Collier, and Frances Farrish; his siblings, Carolyn Brown (Tony), Hilda Harris, Billy Collier, and Lawrence Meadows; nieces and nephews, Stephanie Little (Barry Sipe), Jeannie Cochran (Robert), Anthony Thacker (Tiffany), Kayla Harris (Dee), and Josh Harris; and 6 grandchildren, numerous great nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Irving Harris. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery.
