Terry Lynn Szlosek, 62, of Reva, VA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at her residence. She was born on October 26, 1962, in Richwood, WV, to the late David and Shirley Worrell. Terry found her greatest joy in the simple beauty of life, especially at the beach, where she always longed to be. The sound of the waves and the warmth of the sun brought her peace and happiness. Above all, Terry's heart belonged to her grandchildren, whom she loved deeply and cherished beyond measure. Her love, warmth, and gentle spirit will forever be remembered by those who knew her best. She is survived by her children, William Matthew McCarley IV (Sarah), Ashley Swett (Nick), and Kyle Szlosek; her grandchildren, Jade McCarley, Rylie Dodson, MacKenzie Dodson, Grayson Swett, Everly Swett, and Kingsley Szlosek; and her siblings, Tammy Reinhold, Debbie Myers, Burton Worrell, and Davie Worrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Szlosek, and her daughter, Samantha Ashley Scott. Honoring Terry's request, no services will be held.
