Sherry Cheri Bradwell, 46, of Charlottesville, VA, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born on July 20, 1978, in Philadelphia, PA to Leslie Boyer and the late Richard Bradwell. Sherry, known to many as Honey, was a woman who lit up every room she entered. With a big personality and a flashy sense of style, she was impossible to miss - bold, confident, and full of life. Honey didn't just walk into a room; she arrived, leaving a lasting impression wherever she went. Her outer sparkle was matched by the size of her heart. She loved fiercely, especially when it came to her children and those close to her. Honey was the kind of person who would give you her last, lift you up when you were down, and make you laugh even on your hardest day. Since 1998, Sherry dedicated herself to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was more than a CNA, she was a source of comfort, compassion, and strength for so many. Her care came not just from skill, but from genuine love for the people she served. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Elijah Taequan Bryant, her daughter, Cereniti Luv Bryant, and her stepfather, Walter Sandridge. She is survived by her children, Trejon Bryant, Dajahnae Bryant, and Nathaniel Bradwell; her grandchildren, Kahden Wingfield and Kahleb Wingfield; her mother, Leslie Boyer; her grandfather, George Boyer; her siblings, Tracy Saxon, Felicia Correa, Anthony Corbin, Tyler Boyer, Alexandrea Sandridge, Julian Boyer, and Tristen Boyer; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Additional survivors include her devoted friends who became her family, Tyrone and Tiffany Thomas, DaTayveyus Bryant, Chloe Faulkner, Lynaisha Booker, Ashiyanna Joe, Kenya Reese, Mallorie Bryant, JaMarus Spruill, JaMari Thomas, Jennifer Anderson, and Destynee Spruill. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Rives Park, 926 Rives St., Charlottesville, VA 22902.
