Robert Lindsey Underwood, 69, of Lyndhurst, of Staunton, VA, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 2, 2022, at Hospice of the Piedmont Center for Acute Care in Charlottesville. He was born on September 2, 1953, in Montgomery, WV to Glenna Louise Thomas Underwood and the late, Terry Franklin Underwood. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Natascha Knick and Robert Underwood, Jr.; his sister, Maxine Higgens; grandchildren, Kayla Taylor and her husband, Brandon, Cameron Keyser, Annabelle Taylor, Emma Taylor, Michael Taylor; and several other grandchildren, family, and friends. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Terry Lee Underwood; and grandson, Dustin Underwood. Services for Mr. Underwood will be private.
