Mary "Liz" Winston, 63, of Louisa, VA passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Hospice of the Piedmont Center for Acute Hospice Care in Charlottesville, VA. She was born on June 4, 1958, in Bethesda, MD to the late Jesse and Hedwig Owens. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Richard Winston; her son, Robert Jesse Winston; and her sister, Suzie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kathy. Richard and Liz were longtime residents of Atlantic and ran, Winston's Texaco Service, on the west end of town. Services for Liz will be announced at a later date.
