Maria Carballo Marrone, 89, of Charlottesville, VA passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born on November 30, 1932 in Buenos Aires, Argentina to the late Jose and Maria Marrone. She is survived by her twin sons, Jose and Carlos Marrone; and grandchildren, Bailey, Zane, and Mayu Marrone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Alberto Marrone; and her brother, Jose. Services for Mrs. Marrone may be announced at a later date.
