Lynn Dale Snow, 57, of Gretna, VA, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Hospice of the Piedmont Center for Acute Hospice Care. She was born on March 8, 1968, in Lynchburg, VA to Betty Gaddy and the late Charles Mays. In her quiet moments, Lynn found joy in the little things that brought her peace. She often had an audiobook playing nearby, immersing herself in stories while her hands were busy with crafts. She loved working on diamond art, creating sparkling scenes with patience and care. Lynn had a sharp mind for detail and a love for unraveling stories, making true crime TV the perfect way to relax in the evenings. She had an extraordinary love for animals, no matter the kind, shape, or size. Whether it was a stray in need of care or a creature passing through her yard, Lynn saw each one as a gift from God and treated them with unwavering gentleness. She and Jason especially adored their 11 cats, who brought them endless joy and comfort. Lynn will be remembered for her contagious laugh and the strength of her faith as a true believer in the Lord. Her kindness, compassion, gentle spirit, and generous heart touched the lives of many. In addition to her mother, Lynn is survived by her husband, Jason Snow; her daughter, Heather Nicole Kanode; and her grandchildren, Kaleb Sweet, Keaton Sweet, and Delilah Duke.
