He is survived by his sister Debby Chandler and his two brothers, Bernie Bruner and Bobby Bruner, mother-in-law Jean Dabney, two brother in-laws and sister in-laws, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents Bernard and Lillie Mae Bruner and his father-in-law Ernest Dabney. Larry had an insatiable curiosity and a deep love for learning. He was a true wealth of knowledge, always eager to explore new topics and share what he discovered with others. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life- fishing, hunting, firing up the grill to make barbeque, or baking something delicious to share. He was also a longtime and loyal Denver Broncos fan, cheering on his team through every season. His many hobbies reflected his zest for life and his appreciation for nature, tradition, and sharing with others. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. A celebration of life was held at Rhoadesville Baptist Church where he was a proud member. His ashes were later laid to rest at Ruckersville Cemetery.
