James Ray Moore, 70, of Brightwood, VA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at his daughters' residence. He was born on May 5, 1953, in Florida, to the late Gerald and Katherine Moore. He is survived by his daughter, Katharine Hurt; his grandchildren, Bodie and Bella Hurt; and his siblings, Gerald G.
