Georgiann Elizabeth Mallory, 91, of Keene, VA, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Hospice of the Piedmont House. She was born on February 12, 1934, in Houston, TX, to the late George and Enerna Franz. Georgiann was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother whose greatest joys in life were found in her family. The happiest moments of her life were the day she married her beloved husband, Ronald, and the day she welcomed her daughter, Maria, into the world. She was deeply proud of her 45 years of sobriety and the strength and support she found through Alcoholics Anonymous. Georgiann's kindness, resilience, and unwavering love will be remembered always by those who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Mallory; her sister, Shirley Coyle; her step children, Scott Mallory (Heather), Shawn Mallory (Heather), and William Mallory (Jamie); grandchildren, Hailey, Sabastian, Macy Jane, Alex, Paige, Mason, Casey, Autumn, Summer, and James; her sons-in-law, Mac Ludin and Barry Rosenberg; her brother-in-law, Ed Mallory; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Maria Rosenberg; her granddaughter, Emma Lee Ludin; her sister, Gloria Meyer; and her aunt, Emma Hodges. A graveside service to honor Georgiann's life will be held at St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery in Houston, TX, at a later date.
