Dorothy Jane Sgrignioli, 92, of Charlottesville, VA passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Charlottesville Health and Rehabilitation. She was born on August 26, 1930, in Philadelphia, PA to the late Bradford and Mary Jones. She is survived by her loving children, Marie Dennis, John Sgrignioli, James Sgrignioli, Gina Hargan, and Lisa Lawson; grandchildren, Amy Hostetler, Julie Acree, Morgan Strong, Genevieve Hoover, Gabrielle Bruguiere, Daniel Dennis, and Rachel Dunning; and great nephew, Arthur W. Morgan III. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mario J. Sgrignioli; her son, Michael Sgrignioli; her sister, Virginia Thompson; her adopted son, Michael McMahon; and her grandson, Chapin Strong.
