Charles M. Hunter, 65, of Washington, VA, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. He was born December 22, 1955, in Baltimore, MD, to the late James and Sue Hunter. Mr. Hunter is survived by his sister, Linda D. Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Richard Hunter, and Kenneth Hunter.
