Annie Marie Foster, 50, of Palmyra, VA, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 22, 2023, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born on September 18, 1973, in Charlottesville, VA, to Norman and Janet Reed of Palmyra, VA. Annie spent her childhood in Palmyra and graduated from Fluvanna County High School. Most of her life was spent living in Charlottesville, VA and briefly in Lousia County. She worked in retail for many years, until an automobile accident made her unable to stand for long periods of time. She later became a home health care assistant to help others in need. Her love of animals lead her to become a small dog breeder, but was very careful about who they were sold to. Annie enjoyed visiting the beach, ANY beach, and was usually accompanied by her very best furry friend, Puppy. You could always find Puppy near Annie, guarding her "Mom", until the end. Her final days were spent in Palmyra, surrounded by her parents, children, siblings, and her sweet, Puppy. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Sean Roach, Jarod Roach, and Aspen Roach; her granddaughter, who was all she ever talked about and loved so very much, Rhea Roach; her siblings, George Reed (his wife, Heather), and Virginia Reed; her nieces and nephews, Rosalee Reed, Aurora Harris, Dawn Vann, Konnor Harris, Sadie Harris, Taylor Harris, Tyler Harris, and Zorah Harris; her great nephew, Marcus Gomez; her great niece, Cody-Jeanne Vann; her husband, Benjamin Foster; her mother-in-law, Mary Foster; and the father of her children, Jeffrey Roach.
